How to redeem Gift Code

iPhone & iPad

Redeeming a gift code directly in the iOS app isn’t available yet, but you can do it in a minute on our web-based app: ToneStream on the Web. After that, your access works in the iOS app too.

  1. Open ToneStream on the Web in any browser (Safari, Chrome, or other).
  2. Sign up or log in using any method you prefer.
  3. Open the menu (☰) at top left of your ToneStream on the Web screen.
  4. Select Redeem gift code.
  5. Enter your code and tap Activate.
  6. Open the ToneStream app on your iPhone or iPad and log in with the same account. Your gift is ready to enjoy!

Tip for Apple sign-in: if you sign in with Apple, choose Share My Email instead of “Hide My Email”. This way you’ll always get back into the same account.

Android

  1. Open the ToneStream app, or download it from Google Play: ToneStream
  2. Sign up or log in using any method you prefer.
  3. Open the menu (☰) at top left of your ToneStream screen.
  4. Select Redeem gift code.
  5. Enter your code and tap Activate.
  6. That’s it! Your gift is now active. Enjoy ToneStream!

Web (computer or any browser)

  1. Open ToneStream on the Web in any browser (Safari, Chrome, or other).
  2. Sign up or log in using any method you prefer.
  3. Open the menu (☰) at top left of your ToneStream on the Web screen.
  4. Select Redeem gift code.
  5. Enter your code and tap Activate.
  6. Done! Your gift is active, and you can listen on the web or in the app using the same account.

Please note: a gift code can’t be activated if your account already has an active subscription. Cancel your current subscription first (in Google Play or Apple ID settings, depending on where you subscribed), wait until it ends, and then try again.
