If you're having trouble with the Solu ToneStream app or would like to connect with us for any reason, please email us at help@solu.app or use the "Help" button at the bottom righthand corner of this webpage.

Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your user account, please follow these instructions:

1. Open the Solu ToneStream app on your device.
2. Swipe right from the home screen to display the menu.
3. Tap the question mark icon titled "Info."
4. Press the button at the bottom of the Info screen that say "Delete Account."
5. Follow the prompts to manager your subscription and delete your account and user data.

All user account information stored in our database will be permanently deleted after you have completed these steps.
